Learning methodology 🧪

This guide aims to be as useful as possible; we focus on making you achieve results and be happier by improving your interactions with others.

It’s a very practical course: you will have to complete exercises that will drastically change the way you think by facing the challenges and opportunities of your everyday life.

We will NOT give you any odd challenges like asking strangers for the time or hugging random people in the streets (extroverts don’t do that!), we don’t need to create any fictional situations. All you need to change is the way you interact with your environment and the people you normally encounter. In other words, your normal day-to-day life will be the gym where you will gradually experiment and apply the concepts in this course.

In some cases, we will give you the (optional) exercises consisting of 1:1 video calls with other members of the community, for conversation practice and feedback.

Time commitment ⌛

As we said, your day-to-day life will be your training camp, you don’t need to take time away from it as you will gradually change your behavior towards becoming a more extroverted person. However, you will need to dedicate some time to reading and completing some exercises. We are literally talking about 10-20 minutes per day if you follow the program at the right pace. As for the results, they are very subjective, you could start seeing some radical change in 1 week, 1 month or even 2 months.
