The Start of a Revolution
This course is free. Our mission is to build the largest introvert to extrovert transitioning community in the world and help millions to be happier and more satisfied with their lives.
Who is this course for?
We focus specifically on introverts who wish to be more open and extroverted, therefore, about 10% of introverts are suitable for our program. Most introverts do not want to change their nature and donāt view extroversion as an achievement or something desirable (40%), while others despite sometimes being unsatisfied with regards to their social abilities prefer to accept or not feel stressed about their personality (50%).
This content is helpful for both āsuper-introvertsā (people who canāt even say a word in a social setting), āmild introvertsā (people who donāt have any major problems in social settings but still want to improve their social skills and bring their confidence to a higher level), and everyone in between.
Other than that, there are no special requirements regarding age, gender, ethnicity or background.
What aspects does it cover?
This is the go-to one-stop destination for introverts who want to become more extroverted, therefore we cover these topics with the specific (and very practical) purpose of enabling the transition towards a more open personality. Here is the list of chapters:
Mindset
Overthinking
Confidence
Conversation
Approaching strangers
Friendship
Group dynamics
Emotions
Life as an extrovert
Each chapter is divided into lessons. This guide is full of exercises, we have an active community of people on the same journey where you can share your thoughts.
Who are we, and why is it free?
We are an experimental project (thatās why itās free) of introverts who want to explore whatās on the other side because we think introversion is limiting our life. In a world where everybody says: āpeople canāt changeā, āthatās just who you areā, ābe yourselfā, āyou are an introvert, you should accept itā, we are the ones swimming against the current. We believe in being practical, see what works and what doesnāt. We donāt give credit to complicated scientific research and theories on introversion / communication when (and if) they donāt lead us to any tangible results.
How does it work?
Other than providing a practical resource with well-structured information for introvert to extrovert transitioning, we also facilitate a community (which you can join in the next chapter). The community allows people on this very pathway to support each other and talk about concepts contained in this guide, provide feedback and have access to the authors of this course.
As you progress through the lessons, we will send you surveys to enrich and improve our program by crowd-sourcing feedback and opinions. We really care about your point of view and want to make this not only the authorsā guide, but something based on the practical experience of many other introverts who can contribute to making this better.
On top of that, we provide an integrated online platform to keep you motivated and do the exercises. We have access to the content (responses) of your exercises so that we can find common patterns to increase the effectiveness of our program as we grow.
We want to provide you with the best system in the world for introvert to extrovert transitioning (ITET), all of this is free; honestly, we are still testing many concepts, thatās why we wonāt ask you for any money.
In the next chapters we will talk about the community and learning methodology. Click on ānext lessonā to continue.
